Went to a kickbox class.  It was fun!!

Ran 7 miles in the rain with Lyndee and Nedra.  Painful-but we did it!!

Ran on the treadmill.  Tried going a little faster for some of it.

Ran 8 miles outside with Nedra.  It rained for some of it but we made it.

Walked at a fast pace for 2 miles.  Biked for 15 minutes to cross train.

Ran 6 miles with Morgen.  We kept about a 10 min/mile pace.  It was a little hot and I was thirsty because we ran at 11:00 in the afternoon.  But I still felt good and enjoyed the run.

Ran 4 miles on the treadmill.  Kicked it up to a 7.0 pace for 1 mile.  Just trying to beat the treadmill boredom!!

long run today at 6:30 am.  I felt great and loved running with Nedra, Polly, and Lyndee.  Didn't mind the early morning either because the weather was nice.

ran 6.34 miles outside.  I felt guilty for missing Saturday's run so I squeezed a run in early this morning.  Plus I am going out of town on Thursday and don't plan on running while I am away.  I need to get as much as I can in before I leave:)

ran around Geist with Nedra and Lyndee.  It felt great.  A little sore now but I love running with the girls.  It makes 9 miles enjoyable!!
