Went "jogging" today on the treadmill. It's about time I get back to running. I did run twice in Utah but haven't done much since the half in May. Next week it is time to start training for the half in October. Here we go again:)
Did the eliptical machine today with some strength training. ran 5 miles in the evening with the ladies. always fun to run with the ladies but NOT fun to run in humidity.....blah!!!
