I ran 4 miles on the treadmill tonight.  I had sick kids all weekend and needed to get out and run.  It felt good.  Plan to do some strength training tomorrow.

Walked on the treadmill at a 4.0 speed.  Did strength training for the first time in a while.  I am sore:)

Today I ran at the gym with Nedra.  I am a little slower than I would like to be but I just can't last 5 miles if I don't pace myself.  Plan to do 6  next week:)

Today I walked at a 4.0 for 3 miles.  I am still so sore from weights on Tuesday.

I did weights today for strength training and then ran 1 mile.  The cross training has really helped me this week to lose a little weight and get a little stronger.  Yay!!

Walked at a level 10 speed 4.0 for 2 miles.  Then did some kickboxing at a church activity.  Plan to run 6 on Thursday.  Wish me luck:)

I ran 6 miles with Nedra.  It was hard.  I was hot, tired, and discourage but I did it and it helped having Nedra to do it with.  I could never do it on my own.

Ran at a 6.0 speed.  I probably should have taken the day off since I ran 6 yesterday.  My legs are really fatigued.  Glad it's the weekend.
