| | Ran on the treadmill with Brett. He is much faster than I am so I kept a very slow pace to prepare for tomorrow's long run. |

| | Ran 10 miles outside with Lyndee and Nedra. We did the Geist route to get used to it. We averaged a little over a 10 minute mile, but for 10 miles I was pretty impressed with that time: 1:41!! |
| | Today I had set out to do 4 miles but the treadmill quit on me after 2.19 miles. It just stopped and said, "Seek Maintenance". So I changed treadmills and began again. I go to 1 mile and my ipod went flying and landed in the middle of the walkway, so I stopped again to get that. I gave up and got on the bike with Brett and rode for 4.5 miles. So all in all it was a good workout but I was frustrated that I didn't accomplish my goal of 4 miles:{ |
| | I don't really know how far we ran today. We set out to do our long run of 10 miles but it was 90% humidity and it was MISERABLE!!! So we quit and turned around. What a bummer because I had found a sitter for the kids and coordinated with Nedra and Lyndee to run together. Oh well!! That is the way it goes sometimes. | |
