I ran 4 miles on the treadmill tonight. I had sick kids all weekend and needed to get out and run. It felt good. Plan to do some strength training tomorrow.
Today I ran at the gym with Nedra. I am a little slower than I would like to be but I just can't last 5 miles if I don't pace myself. Plan to do 6 next week:)
I did weights today for strength training and then ran 1 mile. The cross training has really helped me this week to lose a little weight and get a little stronger. Yay!!
